How about a Dick (Don't call me Ritchie) Allen award given to the black player who changes his name. Former winner: Albert (Don't call me Joey) Bell?

Or a Daryl Strawberry/Dwight Gooden award given to the black player that is unable to quit the cocaine and return to the field.
