Jean-Francois Bergeron, the French Canadian heavyweight, gave a good account of himself today. He was in the fight until the final bell, and most people thought it was a close fight.

Bergeron never even fought a highly ranked opponent before, and giving away 90 pounds he lost a decision to Valuev that many people are saying was quite close. Doesn't say too much for the Beast From The East.

Bergeron at 230lbs and with only one loss and that to a former World Champ in Valuev is another good White fighter we can cheer for-I believe he is better then the overhyped Chambers and could beat the also overhyped Tony The Frosted Flakes Thompson.
