Olympics is starting soon. Here's who I think have good chances/ ones to watch
Oleksandr Khyzhniak, middleweight (Ukraine) P4P best amateur boxer right now, undefeated in many fights over many years. Absolute beast. Fully expect him to win the Gold medal in dominant fashion, and he's gotta be favourite for the Val Barker trophy too. Gleb Bakshi (Russia) is very good too I expect him to take silver.
Pat Mccormack, welterweight (GB) excellent all rounder, technically brillliant and is in top form going into this. I think he wins Gold, but the veteran Andrey Zamkovoy (Russia) is his strong main rival.
Dzmitry Asenau , lightweight (Belarus) one of the best P4P amateurs in my opinion , but is under the radar for some bizzare reason. He has footwork and technical skills comparable to Lonachenko. He's in the toughest division , but with fair judging and a bit of luck he should be there at the end
Muslim Gadzhimagomedov (Russia) heavyweight, and Albert Batyrgaziev , Featherweight (Russia) have been dominant in their weightclasses, looking very good, and have to be stromg favourites to take gold.
Peter McGrail (GB), featherweight, very good techician I expect him to medal
Lots of other talent to look out for that could medal like Luka Plantic (Croatia), Mahammed Abdullayev (Azerbaijian), Mourad Aliev ( France), Vassily Levit (Kazakhstan) , Luke Mccormack (GB), Yaroslav Khartysz (Ukraine), Gabriel Escobar (Spain), Aidan Walsh (Ireland), Mykola Butsenko (Ukraine), Kurt Walker (Ireland), Richard Torrez (USA)
