i wsa reading in pravda today that nikolay valuev iss to be shut in prison for five years! MAYBE! for hiting an elderly security guard. yury sergeyev' sergeyev had brain concussion from the confict. can sombody tell me more about this???

Lost I don't know what Pravda is or where you got this bs information. This is not true. He did strike someone or something but that was years ago and already settled.

He did hit a 60-something security guard who allegedly was in a verbal conflict with Nikolay's wife. Gotta feel for the guy. You know his wife is probably a mouthy one and has a 7', 320lb heavyweight boxing champion to back her up. Could not have been a good feeling to see that behemoth coming at him to defend his wife.

I'm pretty sure the Russian justice system is an oxymoron and that Valuev has some very important and influential people behind him. Doubt the first Russian heavyweight boxing champion will do any time in jail.

Yes this incident happened a while ago. I don't think he even assaulted the guy. He just grabbed him.
