Here is a under 23 list so far this season. Germany has three young guys, Bulgaria and Poland with guys under 10.30 at a very young age.

Now here is the Under 20 List with the barely 18 year old frenchman at the top. Way to go Christophe! This is only a European List so Van de Vyver isn't on here or else he would be a close 2nd at only 18 as well!
