I wanted to post this a year ago when it happened but then I had a problem logging onto this site for a long time.
About December of 2014 I was going to post about a Syracuse wr from Maryland. His name is Ben Lewis and is a senior this year. I remember my sole intention was to post on this one guy. I am from the Utica, NY area at the moment and there is a casino called Turning Stone that I go to about twice a year about 20 miles west of Utica.
I was playing black jack with 3 of the nicest kids I have met in a long time. During a shuffle I struck up a conversation with the kid directly next to me. He told me he was from Maryland and the 3 friends were going to Syracuse U. . The kid was wearing a Syracuse jacket so I believed him. Since he was going to the " cuse " I asked him if he knew wr Ben Lewis. Long story short he did not answer me but pulled out his wallet and guess what his license said? Obviously, Ben Lewis. Just crazy. We talked for about 20 minutes on football and I almost mentioned CF to him but thought better of it. About 20 minutes after that I left the table and the dude actually stood up and shook my hand. I don't get star struck as my sister in law is actress Rachel Harris ( think the Hangover ) but it was just a crazy day.
Lewis will not make the NFL I believe but he has a great future somewhere. Thanks for listening.

It's a small world. Very cool story. Thanks for sharing it. One last thing. Next time mention the board. You will probably never see him again but there is nothing wrong with this site. It supports white athletes. Nothing bad about that.

I agree. Everyone else has their places, whites haves theirs also. Don't be shy to be yourself.

I would bet that (deep inside) most of these White athletes would appreciate our supporting them (be it racially based or not)...even if they'd never publicly admit it.

Bet they do also. White athletes must wonder from time to time "What have they (fellow Whites) got against me?"
