Midnight EST, right now. Check it out. The guy is a beast.
He grapples 45 minutes straight, has 4-5 guys rotate in on him so he can fight full all the time, always with a fresh opponent.
Then does 45 minutes punches, knees, kicks.
I'll post more as we go through the program.
Next phase of the morning workout is caveman drills. He flips a 250 lb. tractor tire up a ramp, then moves directly to sledge hammer drills where he swings a sledge hammer at a tire contraption mounted on a wall. Then he moves to a rope and does upside down rope crawls back and forth on the rope. Then he strapped himself to bungee cords and did bear crawls. Then more rope pulls but this one on the ground. with sprints. He stands against a matted wall and swings a medicine ball back and forth to work more on core conditioning. There were some gorilla drills, take down drills, too much to cover.
He eats 5-6 times a day, every 2 hours. Hemp bread? LOL Lots of raw, organic vegetables, even baby food (sweet potato).
Next up is weight training 4x a week, split body parts. The other drills are to build explosiveness and MMA conditioning, the weights are designed exclusively to build strength.
Runs 16 flights of stairs 8 times, sometimes with weights. At the bottom does cable pulls and dumbbell curls. Then climbs up the side of the mountain to work on footing because it's slippery.
He eats raw kale (??), organic vegetables, fish, bison, some kinda weird vegetable from Brazil. They didn't say much more about diet.
He has two kids, says he spends a lot of time with them, too. They shared a few personal anecdotes about him and his family, and that concluded the program.
Awesome training program. No wonder he is a beast in the cage. Hope Franca brings his lunch pail.
