Flowe is a safety/cornerback prospect out of Lilburn Georgia. He is the only white starter on his team yet was relegated playing outside lb despite having 4.41 speed. He has also run 10.73 in the 100 meters this year. Middle Tennessee State should offer soon. Hes 6'2" and would make a great corner prospect with some good coaching.
