Cant say Im surprised. Negroes literally lack necessary brain size and hormonal balances to comprehend and rationalize both crime and the corresponding punishments thereof. Due to their smaller brains and different hormonal composition, they behave aggressively and impulsively by nature.

They are literally unable to understand that crime is wrong, and they will be punished. They're not intelligent enough to think that far ahead.

The problem with laws, and punishments concering murders is that they're based on logic and rational decision making, something which is completely removed from a large part of Negroes.
