Anyone catch his fight on Friday Night Fights? Mike dominated the fight and won by scores of 118-110 twice & 116-112. He almost stopped the guy in the 7th.

Mike has some excellent boxing skills.

He was robbed of a deserved world title in his fight with Ricardo Torres in Las Vegas, by black boxing judge Adelaide Byrd and by Jerry Roth. I suspect those two are being paid by Torre's promoter Bob Arum, since they tend to score a few extra rounds each fight in favor of Arum's fighters.

Byrd was the same judge who robbed Joe Calzaghe of a deserved UD over Hopkins, no doubt because of racial bias.

Roth helped give a gift to Floyd Mayweather over JL Castillo (back when "Money" was an Arum fighter).

Any white fighter should insure that this racist/enabling black (Byrd) be banned from thier fights.

This is a do or die fight for Mike. If he can beat this up and comer Victor Ortiz it will say alot. This kid Ortiz is no joke. If Mike can use the proper balance of skill, intelligence and ring generalship he can win. But make no mistake his hands are going to be full come Saturday. If he loses, he will go down the road of fringe contender status. I wish him luck.

JD1986 your right he was robbed against the slugger Torres, but I fault his management for allowing that blk racist incompetent Byrd to judge his fight. Any non black fight should never allow this 'bird' judge anyfight their involved in, especially against blk fighters.

Victor Ortiz is a talented, aggressive young fighter. Mike has never been down or hurt in a fight as far as I know, but he's in with a very dangerous opponent tomorrow.

But Mike has some excellent skills so I'm hoping he can box his way through the rounds and win a decision.

Those two other bouts appear to be excellent on paper. I am hoping Mike, Robert and Julio pull out spectacular wins tonight.

Arnaoutis was stopped in the 2nd. He hired Buddy McGirt to train him so Mike was destined to lose. I don't know why top fighters hire that guy. Ortiz seems to have a bright future ahead of him. Hopefully Mike can rebound. Edited by: Blue Devils

It was a bit of an early stoppage, the referee should have waited another few seconds, but he would have very likely lost anyway. Mike Ortiz indeed appears to have a bright future.

Buddy McGirt is someone I prefer to see in the corner of the OPPONENTS of my favorite fighters, because he really sucks as a trainer.

Mike will now be regulated to gatekeeper status of the 140 pounders. And WTF is it with elite or good fighters hiring Buddy "the loser" McGuirt? This guy has been on losing streak as bad as that gambling degenerate in the "Casino" movie with Joe Pesci and Robert Deniro.

Hahaha so funny but true. Aside from turning around Arturo Gatti he has been literally a "cooler" for most elite fighters. Hire Buddy McGirt and get Buddy to rescue you after a one sided bashing.....

Arnaoutis taking the latest great black hype to school.

It's been a great few weeks for white fighters - Green, Bute and now Arnaoutis.

HAHAHA - The black hype - Tim Coleman - got a split decision that had the announcers, the crowd and even Coleman's corner stunned. Arnaoutis landed 33 more punches and threw about 70 more punches. He pressed the action and easily exposed the black hype. Must be some black judges as they are the only ones who could see the black winning this fight.

Hey, if they can't beat us in the ring they can at least get some gift decsions (like Haye over Valuev) right?

The 3rd "judge" is a JEW. The 1st "judge" was a Kevin Morgan or something which sounds kind of negro to me. Those are the two that gave the "gift" to Coleman.

In reality, Coleman won 3 rounds at most. Yes, the announcers KNEW that Mike won, and essentially said that Coleman wasn't responsible for the shoddy judging which presented him with an early Christmas gift.

One of the announcers, a Sam Rosen, is likely Jewish but they announced the fight VERY accurately.

New York continues to be a tough place for our guys to get decisions. Be glad Calzaghe-Hopkins wasn't in New York or that would of been Joe's first loss.

That was a sickening robbery. The commentators had it 10 rounds to 2 and 9 rounds to 3 for Arnaoutis, I thought 9 rounds to 3 was about right.

Glen Feldman and the other judge who scored it for Coleman could not have been so stupid, they were deliberately unfair.

Coleman's deliberate headbutts and arm-holding were for the most part tolerated by the referee, while he put on a big act and got an necessary rest when hit by a beltline punch which he pretended was a low blow.

I've always enjoyed watching Delvin Rodriguez fight. He has been a ring warrior of old and shown ability to dismantle his darker hued opponents round by round. This was a tough fight to watch, as I also wanted Arnaoutis to do well.

Lets hope Mighty Mike comes back strong after some disappointing loses and a robbery by the judges in favor of Coleman.

Mighty Mike has another "last chance" fight tomorrow on Friday Night Fights. He'll face Bernard Hopkins' nephew Demetrius Hopkins 29-1-1(11) in a twelve rounder.

Mike needs a win badly...he's lost 3 of his last 4.
