Mehmet Okur

I dont really follow basketball but a question I wanted to ask was, how has Mehmet Okur been doing in the playoffs so far? He is probably my favorite player but after watching the highlights of the Jazz's last game on ESPN, they hardly mentioned his name at all except when he was the recipient of a cheap shot. Can anyone see him being named as the Finals MVP if the Jazz go all the way this year?

Great win by Utah last night. And a win by the Cavs tonight would be a nice double. Okur is one of those good players who gets lost in the mix. He has 3 pt. range and can rebound. A little inconsistent at times but he is underrated and he plays on winning teams:ie he was a key role player during the Pistons Championship run.

Lance, if the Jazz make it all the way Carlos Boozer will almost certainly be named finals MVP. If not Boozer then next in line would have to be Deron Williams. Deservidly so to be honest. However Okur has been a huge part of the Jazz's season with many extremely important 3 pointers and rebounds as sunshine has mentioned.
