Does Mario Balotelli really deserve a place on the Italian team? Despite his prolific goal-scoring, and the fact that he has never missed a penalty as a professional, some people continue to argue that he is only included in the Italian team because he is black for the sake of diversity. Which more deserving white players do you guys think could do a better job and should replace him?

The reason Balotelli shouldn't be on the team is because he's not Italian, end of discussion. I don't give two ****s if he's the greatest player who ever lived.

he was 4th choice at manchester city, he was a huge flop in premiere league, he amost made manchester city lose the title, and then he was still an automatic starter for italy (despite the coach saying that he wouldn't call undisciplined players to the 2012 euro champs)
at the euro champs he was bad
if he was a white player he would have stopped being called long time ago
but all this has already been said into the thread dedicated to talking about this overrated player who plays in a bankrupt league that doesn't deserve much attention
the french league is currently more powerfull than serie A
