In an upset, local favorite and former world title challenger and WBC/WBA #8 Mads Larsen (51-3, 38 KOs) was stopped in the seventh by British Brian Magee (33-3-1, 23 KOs). Time was 0:15. Magee, previously ranked #14 by the WBC, is the new European super middleweight champion.
