I've been visiting a website that I think is solid that I thought I'd share with all of you if you're interested. It's called http://www.submissions101.com/videos.htm. They have a wealth of free videos showing different ground fighting techniques covering throws, chokes, locks, counters, etc. If you're at all intersted in learning some jiu jitsu at home, I recommend checking out this site.
