It would be great if the elite white QBs would insist that management find the best receivers out there, white black or otherwise, and give guys like Hass, Ball, and all those lost, cut and forgotten white receivers a fair shot. They could argue it from a performance basis, without getting too racial. Call it the anti-fumble fingers movement.

If Favre wanted a number one white receiver, he could have one, but that seem like Favre like to be the only white player who have the right to touch the ball on their offense beside the center..

They should. It is obvious that teams would rather have much less talented black players like Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald over amazing players like Hass and Ball.

people used to say Ed McCaffrey only got to catch because of his race. When black people said it, it was expected. When misinformed white people said it, it was still expected but more sickening.

Guests you obviously have no idea how to argue. Hass and Ball are not comparable to Fitz and certainly not CJ. CJ is a huge speed burner like Matt Jones (which doesn't automatically mean that he will lead the league in receiving by the way). Ball and Hass are smaller than both those guys. Hass and Ball would be good number two WR's in todays NFL if given a chance, in the line of Issac Bruce. None of us on this site are anointing Hass and Ball as the next Tory Holt or Marvin Harrison like you are implying.

I will actually use Ed McCaffery as an example of a Larry Fitz-CJ hi-bred. McCaffery is almost as fast as Calvin Johnson (Johnson ran a 4.35 at the combine) but stronger and more Physical. McCaffery is absolutely faster than Fitz and just as physical. I believe it was reported on this site that McCaffery was handtimed at 4.38 in the 40 yard dash which would probably be around a 4.40-4.45 electronic time. Fitz ran a 4.5 hand timed 40 yard at Proday and a 4.62 at the combine (Hass ran a 4.56 and 4.59)

Guests is an idiot b/c he doesn't see the big picture of how one of the greatest WRs of all time Ed McCaffery didn't get a starting job until he was over 30 years old because of his race. And as we know McCaffery was at the top of the league when he finally was given a chance to shine. Edited by: ToughJ.Riggins
