Our school district in Rochester Minnesota with the support and pressure of the NAACP has hired a new black superintendent. Of course he has no experience and was chosen over a much more qualified white candidate - white guilt at its best.
His first move as Superintendent was to hire a guy named Glenn Singleton to implement some kind of diversity program. You know, the same "it's the white peoples fault that blacks are so stupid" program. He gets paid six figures by our district and many others to spread the same sh!t.

During his speech to district staff Mr. Singleton shameless accused the white teachers sitting in the audience of racism. He then went on to accuse all Minnesotans of the same - He called it being "Minnesota nice". To top everything off he angrily accused anyone of not voting for Barrack Obama of the same. I'm not kidding!
As part of diversity training the district staff is now required to read his book "Courageous Converstations."

Our district now has the policy of hiring less qualified black staff over whites. We now pay a salary to someone to recruit black teachers from the South to replace our white teachers. Our district paid for it and will be paying for it for years. Get on your local school board or ............ Here's is what is coming to a school district near you:

I didn't know there was an excess of them to ship North.

In the black majority Mississippi Delta, they have to ship in young white teachers from the North who are part of the "teach for America program." Its funny, because our public schools are 95% black and they are such a bad experience for these newbies that many of them decide teaching isn't for them after their 2-3 years of service is up. Some of them, who would neverhave thought there were any real differences between the races before they got there, and who would have abhorred someone using racial language, actually leave saying the n-word themselves and knowing there are many differences between whites and blacks.
