Their first fight was a FOY candidate. With Carl taking a hard deserved win. I expect this fight to be the same. Carl received fighter of year honors based on his victory in the first fight. Tonight they headline a big MGM card in Vegas.

Gonna be a crackin' good fight. Don't know why it's so under the radar.
There is a tendency here at CF to not give fighters below 147 lbs much credibility.

Go Frampton! Keep us posted gentlemen looking forward to hearing the results!

Not to mention that Frampton was the consensuss Fighter of the Year in 2016. Now semi crickets here. Wow.

fight starts in 10 mins

Santa Cruz boxed beautifully the 1st 6 rds. Frampton maybe tied or edged the last 6 rds. But Santa Cruz made great adjustments from their 1st fight. He won. Also, WTF is the matter with Frampton's corner? They should have told him he needed a KO rd 8. Big fail for his corner.

It's been a while for an elite fighter to make the obvious adjustments and carry it out. Congrats to Cruz. Frampton should have made adjustments round 7 and stepped on the gas. Good fight tho.

A toe-to-toe fight with Frampton the aggressor. Of course a fight like that is a draw or give it to the aggressor by a point. But, no, this is Los Vegas, and whites don't get even a draw there -especially with Moretti judging. So, obviously, and totally expected, Santa Clause "won". Oh well, they'll never learn.

Come on, Ambrose, let's be fair, without filters. Cruz won that fight. Yes, Frampton was the aggressor, but he was not effective. There was a BIG difference btwn Frampton aggression and GGG aggression. Let's be real about this fight.

The 3rd will be in Belfast Ireland. Talk about electric.

I didn't really see much difference between them. But, I do agree there is no comparison of Frampton with GGG or Kovalev. Frampton's not a hard hitter and is not clever on his feet (adequate). To me anyway, neither is impressive and both clubbed each other enough for a draw.

Santa Cruz got the 1st 5 or 6 rds with boxing ability. Frampton's blind corner should have told him and go for broke after the 6th. Unacceptable to have a corner as dumb or blind to this.

Now it's up to Frampton to make the adjustments in the 3rd fight.

Post fight Frampton admitted he lost. He just didn't seem as sharp or quick as their first fight.
It was Santa Cruz's jab that was disrupting him. After 5 rds of this, he should of crowded Cruz and let his hands go. But no, his idiot corner said things are going our way. Wow.
