Nice result. Not too many of our guys fight at such low weight classes so it is good to have a solid white champ at 126.

Gradovich opponent from 2012 Frankie Leal collapsed and died yesterday. Against Evgeny, Leal suddenly fell apart at the point of the ko. Considering he was removed from the ring in a stretcher I'm shocked that he could receive a medical clearance. Maybe that's why Leal fought in Mexico. Gradovich had a great performance last night stopping Billy Dib in the 9th. He showed good power with improved boxing skills.

Gradovich won that fight by 6 points. Too bad he was jobbed. Hopefully Robert Garcia can improve on his power. He like every other elite fighter needs it to bail them out of trouble.
