Also making his 'official' mixed martial arts debut on this card is Kevin Ferguson, better known to his Internet fans as 'Kimbo Slice.' He is facing Bo Cantrell on the undercard.

Jake Shields faces Mike Pyle.

Some decent fights if you're not interested in shelling out PPV dollars for Cotto-Mosley tonight.

Wow... I don't think I've seen such an obvious work in a looong time. The Kimbo fight lasted about 20 seconds. He hit Cantrell with one body shot and Cantrell went down flat on his stomach. Kimbo landed one elbow to the back/side of the head and Cantrell frantically tapped out.

I know Cantrell's record was only 10-10 going into this fight, and he was a last minute substitute, but this fight was ridiculous.

By the way, Kimbo Slice gave all the credit to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I saw this fight live and it reminded me of the whole Gastineau Derrick Dukes fiasco. When Kimbo gets nailed on the jaw he will crash and burn like the Hindenberg.

Shogun, whats the deal with the Tank Abbot/Kimbo Slice ordeal? I know the fight got called off two months ago. Did it get rescheduled?

I haven't read that there is an official reason. Some say it was money. The original fight wasn't going to be on EliteXC, if I recall correctly, so it may have something to do with Kimbo signing with Showtime.

After watching the actual fight, the thought crossed my mind that is was canceled because Tank wouldn't take a dive.
