Thanks for the video. That is what I call intense. What a knockout. The guy was getting hit so many times he couldn't

Hopefully he'll win, but the referee and judges will very likely favor Crawford.

Arum tends to play favorites with fighters who can make him a boatload of cash. If you aren't a moneymaker and aren't a cheap 4 to 6 round prospect he has in the past let you rot on the bench.

He infamously let Andy Ruiz walk which looked like the biggest mistake since the Lenape sold Manhattan for 20 dollars worth of beads(until Saturday afternoon). Arum stated that Ruiz was unmarketable because of his portly build and negotiated a buyout with the Ruiz camp.

Lopez is athletic and fast but has no experience in a tough fight that isn't going his way, generally green guys lose them.
Historically guys have been ruined by rushing them into fights against pound per pound fighters. I recall Fernando Vargas losing badly late against Trinidad and never being the same fighter. Also Ray Mancini might have had his career shortened by his beating at the hands of Arguello.

You can dare to be great but Loma isn't on the level of even a Crawford who looked very vulnerable tonight, it should be fun in 5 months.

I remember watching the Vargas and Mancini fights live. I agree. they were not ready for the likes of Tito or Arguello when they fought. Lopez is, however, daring to be great at a young age of 22. I do not believe he is ready for the likes of Loma right now. Regarding Crawford, he is good. But he will need to beat the likes of Spence, Pacman, Porter or Garcia to be considered great.
