Editor's Note: Edgar Steele was charged with plotting to murder his wife and mother-in-law almost one year ago. According to the government's initial story, Steele was planning to pay the alleged hit man, Larry Fairfax with the insurance money. There was one little problem with that story: There was no insurance money. Edgar and Cyndi Steele had canceled their life insurance policies long before the alleged "hit"Â. Also, Larry Fairfax's main business, a logging company had gone bankrupt in April, 2010 and it is believed that Fairfax stole $65,000 in silver coins from the Steeles' home, and had attempted to kill the Steeles with an enormous pipe bomb to cover up that crime. When his pipe bomb failed to explode, Fairfax created a "murder for hire"Â accusation against Steele. The alleged recordings of Steele talking about a murder plot with Fairfax had over 300 suspicious anomalies which suggested editing and fabrications. The judge refused to recognize one audio expert that the Steeles had hired and set an unreasonable deadline for their other audio expert to testify who was out of country. Edgar Steele was therefore NOT allowed to defend himself against the most important evidence against him, the alleged FBI audio tapes. This is truly an extreme travesty of justice, and all patriots should spread the word of what can happen to a political dissident in America today.
