A determined Vitali Klitschko and company announced from the steps of the Coliseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Tuesday, that he plans to continue his path into the history books; This time the path runs through his unfortunate challenger, Hasim "The Rock" Rahman 41-5-1 (33), at least that is what Klitschko's camp thinks.

Heavyweight champion of the world Vitali Klitschko is known around the world not only for his ability to dominate inside the ring, but more for his charitable humanitarian work. His feats to help bring a democratic state to his native Ukraine, and his unmatched efforts to help raise money for countless goodwill charities, goes to show this is a man who brings pride and a sense of accomplishment, both inside and outside of the ring, to the heavyweight title.

Vitali Klitschko has conquered many feats in his life and has numerous accomplishments including a PhD in philosophy of Sports Science, a heavyweight title around his waist, and has an astounding record of 35-2-0 (34). Anybody else in his shoes would be content to have achieved any one of those, but Vitali does not want to settle, he is determined to continue to show the world, that he is the bona fide heavyweight champion of the World.

Rahman, who appeared to be the exact opposite of the well dressed, well mannered Klitschko, plans to rain on the Klitschko parade and reign the largely unclaimed heavyweight division. Rahman believes he has his adopted home town's support behind him, and refuses to lose at home, "I love Vegas...nobody is gonna come in my home and beat me" said Rahman who will face off against Klitschko on November 12th, for the WBC Heavyweight Title at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. "I've been there before, it was so nice I gotta go twice," stated the relaxed Rahman who was popping bubble gum bubbles as he listened to Vitali speak at the podium. "I've waited a long four years for another shot at the title, a long four years" he added.

When Rahman had his chance to speak he made it clear he believes Vitali has avoided fighting him, "I think he was really dodging me, I don't understand how you can have back surgery one week, and walk like ain't nothing happened to you the next week" said Rahman after the press conference. "This fight is gonna end in a knockout...Vitali is going to quit around the seventh, eighth or ninth round."

Vitali begs to differ, "If you see the record of Hasim Rahman and my record, I doubt this fight will be all twelve rounds," said Vitali starring down at Rahman he then asked him, "You agree?" to which Rahman murmured "uh-huh"; "I knock you out," capped off Vitali. A tense moment only to be topped by the ceaseless stare down at the conclusion of the press conference. With Hasim Rahman's fists clenched and Vitali's teeth clearly grinding, I think it's safe to say we are going to have a heavyweight battle that will end in a knockout come November 12.
