Well before turning into Aunt Crissy, Cris Collinsworth was a helluva wide receiver. Drafted by the Bengals in the second round in 1981, he made the Pro Bowl as a rookie and two other times. He was tall, skinny and fast. He had a short career, just six full seasons before injuries shortened his '87 and '88 seasons, after which he retired and went to law school.

In his six full seasons he went over 1,000 yards four times, just missing with 989 in 1984. He had 700 yards in the strike shortened 1982 season. Remember that Collinsworth played before today's league with its passing and receiving stats that blow away everything that came before. Collinsworth, Steve Largent and Steve Watson were the last star White receivers before the long drought hit that began ending in the late '90s.

I don't know if these are the best highlights of Collinsworth, but at least it's a compilation. It's tough to find highlight packages on YouTube of many NFL players who played in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
