Surprised there has not been a thread on this white American champion (now former champ). Tough kid and he will be back.

How in the hell was this PPV? Boxing is so full of sleazy greedy ********. I hope they lost money on it. I would much rather have watched Prodnikov against Packyow. Okay, Algeirie upset the central asian, okay give him a shot at Packyow, but no way on PPV.

Sheesh.

I give Algiericredit for taking the fight. He knew he was over matched but took fight anyway when others were scared ****less including mayweather. PPV is a joke tho you're right. Overpriced and not enough talent putting on shows! Hope Chris bounces back strong he's young and inexperienced, should be good learning experience.

I hate that Algeri got his ass whooped so bad. I never thought he would dominate Pac, but after how good he looked vs Provodnikov I thought he would put up a scrap.

The funniest part was his corner man who kept saying he's gonna "let him out of the cage" any round now. Yeah, he's a tough kid and at least he wasn't hurt. I think Pac's mother was doing some voodoo to make him slip. ;-)

No shame in losing to one of the best fighters of this generation. I honestly thought Chris should have proven his worth a little more by defending his title against other 140 pounders or rematch Provodnikov before even being put in there against a guy like Pac on a ppv.

Ha ha - Maynard G. Krebs! - something like that! Did you see the fight? She got down on her knees in front of her seat doing voodoo to make Algieri slip!

Lmao too funny.

Just watched the replay. Chris has outstanding boxing skills. But he lacks stinging or numbing power. He will need to work on sitting down on his power shots to be elite. Pacman is a nightmare. His awkward power shots that come from weird angles will beat anyone. Congrats to 2 sportsmen.
