Blow the Horn

Well yet again a white reciever (Horn) was not used to catch a ball nor
was he even thrown to. Kan ASS shi ty used Sammy Parker
exclusively last night and paid the price. He dropped, bobbled
and short armed virtually every pass that came his way. I did
notice that coach Verman had Horn in the game (to block/decoy) for his
superstar reciever Parker. My God!

Little Dante Hall had a classic alligator arms drop, but those are always quickly forgiven and forgotten when the receiver is black. When a white player does it even once (Bill Schroeder) it is a Scarlet Letter he carries with him the rest of his career.


Marc Boerigter was apparently deactivated again for this game so that the likes of Parker and Hall could show off their remarkable receiving skills for a national audience.
