Black/Asian NFL Head Coaches

How are Black Head Coaches performing in the NFL? I notice that black coach innovation is not on par. If good I see them better at defensive coach/scheme/motivator. I also notice there have been no Asian HC's, OCs, or DCs...

The three black head coaches in the NFL (Bowles 3-4, Glenn 2-5, Ryan’s 2-5) are 7-14 right now, so not too hot. But yeah Flores in Minnesota and Joseph in Denver have put together solid units, oddly enough employing more white players on D than most teams. Seems like even black coaches don’t hate White players as much as much as these traitorous caste system White coaches.

Bowles is 2-5 this year also. This might be the worst year in recent times for black HCs. A low water mark of 3 with all of them near the bottom of their divisions record wise.

I only recall Norm Chow as a coordinator and for a brief period he was in the mix for a DEI head coaching hire but he was older and his results in Nashville were good but not overwhelming.

Even Chow is more like a typical Hawaiian where he has Chinese, Polynesian and European ancestry from Portugal so he is really Eurasian.

Wow, only three black HC? We had quite a few more than that not long ago I could’ve sworn.

Obviously we have a fairly small sample size, but I’ve noticed (with no statistical evidence, just observation) that on average black coaches are less likely to be complete caste clowns and have at least somewhat more white friendly rosters on average. I’ve mentioned this before here, I’ll have to actually do some hard research. I haven’t noticed overall superior rosters, but an uptick in white skill position players in forbidden positions.

That being said, this year the jets and Texans are awful anti white rosters! However, all of the historical worst caste offenders have been white coaches.

Also, this is not me endorsing the replacement of white coaches with blacks!
