...this time it's former WWF/WWE & WCW star Brian Adams (aka Crush). In addition to his WWE stint with the tag-team Demolition, he joined Brian "Adam Bomb" Clark to form the WCW tag-team Kronik. In addition to an impressive gorilla-press slam, I recall Adams had the best tiltawhirl backbreaker in the business. It's a shame so many of these pro wrestlers are dying young. It seems the combination of the constant wear & tear from a demanding travel/wrestling schedule, pain killers, steroids and other drugs have taken their toll.

The professional wrestler Brian Adams, best known as Crush in the tag team Demolition, has died at the age of 43, the WWE reported on its web site.

For those who aren't familiar with his work, here's a clip of Crush in action with Demolition:

The WWE says "details are unknown" about how Adams died.

This comes at the worst possible time for WWE head Vince McMahon and the pro wrestling industry, which is under increased scrutiny as a result of the Chris Benoit murder-suicide. There will no doubt be questions about whether steroids played any role in Adams' death. According to Adams' IMDB page, he was arrested on drug and weapons offenses in 1994 for carrying steroids and a stun gun. He was later acquitted of the drug charges.

Another wrestler dies while WWE owner Vince McMahon mocks and makes fun of the two congressional investigations and IRS audits that looks like is coming his way.He brags all the time about the size of his "grapefruits". The goverment may take him down a peg or two. Not sure who I'm rooting for. Scumbag Vince or the busybody federal goverment which should have something better to do with it's time. Like shut down and close off our border.

I was watching Billy Jack Haynes shoot interview not too long ago and he mentioned that he had planned to go to his car, get his gun, and kill both Vince McMahon and Brian Adams. This was around 1992 or so, but it was due to a very cruel rib that both of them played on Haynes. This doesn't really relate to the story of Adams recent passing but hearing both Vince and Adams names in the same thread made me think of this
