I've seen that before and it makes my blood boil still.

I've always wondered what the law says regarding these kinds of things in the sporting world. Where is the line drawn between competitiveness and assault/ battery?

That video looks like a crime to me. Yet has anyone ever seen an athlete be arrested in the middle of a game? What's the difference between a punch thrown on the field/ court and one thrown in the parking lot?

And what about the infamous Kermit Washington punch? Did he face any criminal charges for that? Edited by: Poacher
