Al Haymon manages a lot of the fighters we see on Showtime. Most of them are negroes, while a few are Hispanic.
We now see the same discrimination against white boxers at Showtime that we used to have at HBO.
Without Ross Greenberg and his assistant (Haymon's long-time friend) Kery Davis at HBO, the network now seems to be more willing to show good white boxers like Kovalev.
Haymon was quoted a couple of years ago in The Ring magazine as replying "no" when asked if he would ever manage a white boxer.
Some of his clients:
Deontay Wilder
Andre Berto
Floyd Mayweather
Adrien Broner
Adonis Stevenson
