Some Notable wins include

Mike Russow age 32 6'2 265- He defeated Jason Guida to improve his record to 10-1 the one loss coming against a very talented russian fighter.

Forrest Petz age 34 5'10 170- He defeated wec/ufc vet Brian Gassaway to improve to 14-5

Rory Markham age 28 6'0 170- he won a pretty easy fight to improve to 13-4

Clay French 170 16-2 def Jameel Massuoh. French is right behind Jon Finch as one of the most under rated at 170.

I was switching between the Adrenaline show and Elite XC throughout both cards. Despite it's flaws, the Elite XC show seemed more professional, technically speaking. I enjoyed the fights on the Elite card more than Adrenaline's as well.

Still don't think the UFC has anything to worry about. But there are some positives that come from having competition, like no more 10 minute long breaks between fights in the UFC while they show us movie trailers and Xyience commercials. Fighter salary should go up.
