Since 2005, the Mean Green have started 13, 13, 7, 6, 5, 6, 7, 8, 5, 6, 4, 6, 3, 4, 5, 5, 6 5 and 7 whites. 7 again.
Very interesting QB battle between once hotly sought after transfer QB Reese Poffenbarger and walk on Drew Mestemaker who played lights out in his first start since 9th grade last year.
Two white WRs and TE which is great to see, but as some users have noted, the increase in skill position players seems to have been offset by a darkening of the OL. At least there are three more white WRs as back ups on the three-deep.
