Thanks to everyone who supported in the team writeups, we have the data* to see where teams stack up from best to worst in terms of giving White athletes the opportunity in the NFL. To rank them, I'm assigning 2 points for each starter and 1 point per reserve, as I feel a starter should be weighted more heavily than a seldom used backup. The league average came to 20 points for a benchmark number. The average in 2024 was 20 and 19 in 2023 for reference:

So my brief analysis is not too much difference from last season, with the mean average remaining the same. Certainly some teams took big leaps in the right direction (Seahawks, Steelers, Jaguars, Browns, Patriots and 49ers), while others took a big step back (Saints, Redskins, Chargers and Chiefs).

Looking at the records of the dregs of the league, they are not doing so well again record-wise:
Arizona Cardinals 2-2
Carolina Panthers 1-3
Dallas Cowboys 1-2-1
New York Jets 0-4
Houston Texans 1-3
Green Bay Packers 2-1-1
Miami Dolphins 1-3

Conversely, the cream of the crop teams do not have a losing record amongst them!

Great work, Freethinker! I’m so glad to have contributed to it by doing some write-ups. Given that I’m prone to loquaciousness, I could type out a tome on this, but I’ll keep it real short. I’m sure everyone can see how the teams with more White players have better records, at least for the time being. That’s the whole essence of the case to me.

basically bet on the teams in the top tier and bet against the bottom tier

I think the most important point to this is that there is very rarely a truly bad team that is also one of the Whitest in its respective league. Even if a team isn't the top team talent wise the floor will be much higher than other teams in my opinion, which helps prevent an all out collapse. I don't know the most about the NFL, but has there ever been an awful team that was significantly Whiter than average? There are none that are obvious off the top of my head. I know the Eagles weren't the best the year Chip Kelly got fired and that they were the Whitest team, but they still only went like 7-9, which isn't bad.
