SMU will be a different team with no Zach Line. However; the legacy lives on as his brother Prescott is 2nd string rb and should get a decent ammount of carries. Other players that may see the field: QB Neal Burcham,WRs Ryan Walker and Stephen Nelson, DE Jarrett Spencer, and DB Blake Poston who is listed as 2nd in line as return man.

I hope Prescott Line plays well. Maybe he will become the starter sooner rather than later.

I noticed a big name missing in Gehrig Dieter, the talented sophomore receiver. Well after a quick search I see he has transferred to Bowling Green, due to a lack of playing time. His accolades from his high school career are very extensive so I'm a bit disappointed he couldn't transfer to a more heralded program. Maybe being closer to home factored into his decision?
