The Air Force Academy has been up and down since '05, although they have been among the Whites FBS teams during that time, starting 14, 19, 21, 18, 14, 14, 15, and 17 Whites. I hope these numbers increase dramatically between now and September, otherwise we're looking at a possible record low of 11 White starters.

Some White backups who may see playing time include WR(Z) Colton Huntsman, WR(X) Christian Gann, TE Marcus Hendricks, OTs Taylor Cooksey and Jimmy Manuel, OGs Drew Kerber and Michael Husar, C David Jones, OLB Blake McCown, DEs Alex Hansen, Nick Fitzgerald, and Troy Timmerman, and CB Nick Hughes.

Just to add my 2 cents.... I have read in a few publications that sophomore sprinter / cornerback Gavin McHenry is expected to start. He is probably there best overall athlete to begin with. Look for true freshman running backs Dakota Diessner, Tim McVey and Parker Davis to push for playing time as well.
