Tulsa has started 11, 10, 8, 9, 10, 9 and 7 Whites since '05. About half of their recent recruits have been White but they have two black quarterbacks. We'll see how many of those recruits become starters over the next few seasons. It looks like they jump back up to 9 White starters for the 2012 season.
