Texas State had a very talented White RB, Stan Zwinggi, a few years back. Now they are making the jump from the FCS to the WAC in the FBS. Dennis Franchione is the head coach and he has a Senior black quarterback installed along with an almost all black defense. We'll see what happens with them over the next few years, but I wouldn't expect much improvement from a caste perspective.
