2011 NAIA Championship Game

Carroll College (MT) vs. Saint Xavier University (IL) at 4:30 PM Eastern time tomorrow (Saturday, Dec. 17) on the CBS Sports Network. This game will be played in Rome, GA, which is not far from me.

Carroll is the Whiter of the two teams and is playing for their 2nd title in a row and 7th since 2002. This is Saint Xavier's first time playing for the title.

Be sure to keep in mind while watching that out of all of these supurb athletes, not a single one is "good enough" to play for the lowliest SEC or even ACC team! As Riddlewire observes in another thread, "This madness has to end."

I was thinking of going to this game, but I'd already committed to attending another event. Whenever we go to football games, from high school up through the NFL, we should be distributing CF business cards. It is a great way to get the word out about our cause and the madness that truly must end.

Saint Xavier hung on to win its first NAIA title, 24-20 over Carroll.
