<div>Akron will start8 whites. Akron is one of the fews teams I've previewed who have had a "snow plow" in tact. They will be ready to goad and maimeMAC defensive linemen and I think they have very exceptionalsize for a Mid major type program. Brian Wagner recorded 132 tackles as a Soph. and every week Deadlift put up the state this guy was guaranteed to have10+ tackles, he's only a junior so the future looks bright for this kid. </div>Offense Returning Starters: 6

They started 7 whites in 09' and 9 last year. It looks like things stay the same.

Too bad the snow plow is wasted on mediocre runningbacks and the quarterback has no decent receivers to throw to. The top returning rusher is 5'6 170 pounds, but I guess the Woodheads and Kmics of the world are too small for d1 fbs.

Akron has a fast white sophomore corner in Seth Cunningham who will start a few games toward the end of the season IMO.

<div></div><div>Yeah Cunningham has been mentioned before, I know he was also a track star in HS. I'd love to see him work his way into the lineup by midseason and give Akron another white starter. </div>
