It appears that True Freshman Place Kicker Scott Blair will get the kick off duties.

I watched Taylor Bennett in high school when he played. He was a good decision maker and had a pretty decent cannon. Calvin Johnson's number would have been better had Bennett been throwing it to him last year.

Pat Hayden

keeps jokingly calling for FB Mike Cox to get a carry against Notre Dame. Apparently he never gets as much as a single rushing attempt.


Hayden said that Cox is from a "family of fullbacks." That's too bad. In today's football that's like saying someone's from a "family of long snappers." It's a good bet that there aren't any black families of fullbacks.
