I see that 11 Tennessee football players have been arrested in 15 months. As I have said in other posts, I am a long-time Big Orange fan. I can tell you that most UT fans don't care very much about this. They want to beat Florida, Alabama, etc. Their main concern is that enough players can be fielded to compete for the SEC title.

You are probably right s.h. and that is what's wrong
with america today. How can you want to field a group of
players/criminals just to try and win some games.I
would much rather have a team of good standing, high
morals citizens than a bunch of hoodlums. What is wrong
with this country. The problem is, it's all about winning
regardless of how you play the game. That is obviously
because the colleges make too much money off of wins
and the bowls that they go to.Look what just happened
at Arizona State.It is pathetic.

Does Tennessee play South Carolina this year? If so they can call it the Mugshot Bowl.

It is a sad state of affairs when it is like that. They really should call it the Thug Bowl.

Yes, Tennessee plays South Carolina. It's a big thing for Tennessee fans to beat Steve Spurrier. Since Spurrier now coaches South Carolina, this will be a bigger game than it has been.

I must point out that the Orange jersey is considered mystical by UT fans. Some of them think that just putting on the Orange makes a player a star. In the same way, the jersey makes them overlook thuggish behavior.

it must be great to be a backup on those teams, unless your white. they will give gary coleman a shot at playing before they give a position to a white guy. These two teams are both blacker then a spike lee movie.

When I see South Carolinaplay football, I can only think of one word. Gullah.
