Kupp being treated to virtually no real targets in his revenge game. Diggs earlier this year got tons of targets in his revenge game. It's not like Kupp is washed up, can't get open, and forgot how to catch the ball.
Ameer Abullah is another long time roster spot holder. Zach Zenner, a former teammate of Ameer's on the Lions, was bounced out of the league in no time. He's been in the NFL since 2015 and hasn't done much. Endless chances for him though.
According to advanced metrics I've seen on other sites, Alec Pierce is the number one receiver in all the NFL who has the potential to explode. I think the metrics looks at his routes, how open he is, etc.
I haven't seen an OPI called all season and that was not OPI even in slow motion - just hand fighting by both. That call and the tush-push fumble non-call were super egregious. There were a couple of other calls in this game as well. Just terrible.
This is awful. Can't believe how the NFL was just getting watchable again and now Skattebo may be out for the season. I'm not sure I'm going to watch much more football if that is the case.
Just a incredible mistake to call a pass when up by 10 with less than 5 minutes to go. Literally would punt and if the Broncos drove down for a score you could kneel down to end the game. Winners find a way to win and losers find a way to lose. Whoever is calling plays for the Giants is a loser.
Dart may be the best at moving inside or outside the pocket to buy time like Scrambling Fran used to do and more recently Mahomes. A special quality that can't really be taught.
yah, picking up Flacco rather than sticking with Browning who at least started to come on a little last week in the 2nd half is just waving the white flag. Why not at least try trading for a backup with untapped potential sitting on the bench behind one of the magical ones. Somebody with some...
Meanwhile, the old new breed of QBs continue to struggle - Justin Fields, Bryce Young, Cam Ward etc. really too many to list that are struggling this year.
Looking to be our best week in years with Cam Skattebo and Dart setting the tone. Now Kupp, McConkey, and Taysom Hill have found the end zone. And our guys appear to be the real new breed of QB - mobile White QBs who can pass.
