Jenna Prandini will be going today in the 100 on the woman's side. Interesting stats on her. She ran a PB of 10.92 way back in 2015. This year, at age 33, she has a SB of 10.97, really not that far off from her prime. Hoping she catches a flyer.

Yeah, Sam peaked early. But I will take that 9.89:) (and 19.93) Kalen Walker is running. Hopefully he is healthy and can produce a good result. And, of course, Monday will be big. Can Lachlan Kennedy manage a double peak.

Boling ran a 45.51 to be the 2nd highest qualifier at the Murphey meet today. Hoping Kalen can catch a flyer in the 100.

Sam managed a 10.06 for 7th. Kind of a pedestrian time for him at this point. I think he may have already peaked for this season.

Part white, part Mexican Austin Kresley is also running in the Ed Murphey meet.

Kalen Walker is also running tomorrow in the Ed Murphey Classic. He has SB of 10.12. Hopefully, he is healthy and can hit a good one.

Sam might be a little burned out right now. Plus, they had him in lane 1. Lachlan has been out of action for a little while. 10.09 is actually pretty good and portends some sub 10.00s before the season is out.

When you consider Sam's build, his 19.93 200 meters might even be more impressive than his 9.89 in the 100. He has incredible speed endurance for his size. His best 60 meters is 6.60, i.e., his start really isn't all that great, but his top speed is off the charts. Once he puts it all together...

Sam is on the list for the 200 meters at the Prefontaine. We will get to see both Sam and Lachlan at this meet.

Eva Swoboda ran a nice 10.98 for third place today in Zagreb.

On July 4th, Lachlan Kennedy will be taking on a world class field in the 100 at the Prefontaine Classic. That's a fast track up there in Eugene Oregon and I'm hoping for some major 4th of July fireworks out of him.

Yes, when you consider his compact build, this 200-meter performance is even more impressive than his 100 meters PB. He is ready NOW. He can most definitely improve on his 9.89. Screw the titles, I want to see him in more of these one and done races.
