Femke Bol ran a nice 52.13 and Warholm 46.95 to win their hurdles events in China today. The 400 meter hurdles is an event our people have a good aptitude for.

I'm happy the Olympics sh't show is over with. I think the Olympics are part of our culture and potentially could be great. I'm just depressed on what it's become. There are still Diamond League events coming up. I'm hopeful we can still see some good performances before the 2024 track season...
