Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

This is a major problem...he will do 2 week stints in South Africa, but Lemaitre needs long term training in warmer/humid climates which is better for intense training allowo\ing the muscles to contract and expand fully with less worry for injury...Lemaitre is just so far up Caraz's ass, he will...

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

In all fairness, he is up to 85 pounds in the clean and 30 pounds in lunges, he is making progress under the Master Sprint Coach...it will come, you shall see! :)

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

LMFAO! Basic Time means ****! Stop with the excuses - the wind, the altitude, the shoes, the angle, blah blah blah.....Lemaitre has been regressing for 5 years now. The only reason Lemaitre regresses is he continues to stick with Caraz because he and his family are close to him. If Lematire left...

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

PS; I would happily admit I'm wrong if Lemaitre breaks his personal bests this year in the 100-200, I have said this every year.

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

Caraz may be a Great man, and a good coach as you say....but someone with natural talent like Lemaitre does not need a Great Man or Good Coach....He needs a GREAT COACH! and its not Caraz

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

I think 5 Years of regression and excuses by Lemaitre and Master Caraz is more than enough evidence. But hey, I open to discussion....

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

More excuses.... Don't compare Lemaitre to kiyro, hari, etc...they do not have the natural speed as Lemaitre. Lemaitre can't adapt to changes because his coach is a ill informed amateur that wants all the credit. If Lemaitre left caraz he would break all his bests, carax does not want this. I was...

Anyone know when/where Lemaitre's first outdoor race is?

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

Read the posts from the beginning, you will understand why Lematire has never lived up to his full potential. Just stay away from any posts by RCSMAN.

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

Vicaut is better trained so he can compete in any meet he likes. Lemaitre regressed 5+ years, and has been brainwashed by Sith Lord Carraz. Unfair comparison.

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

Lmfao! The same article posted every year: intense training, progress in training yada yada yada...I'm certain caraz tells Lemaitre he runs fast in training only so Lemaitre doesn't think he needs to leave him. Caraz is a two face liar and only concerned about himself! What happen to lauarance...

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

LOL! I was being sarcastic. I was not calling you ignorant or xenophobic directly, I was emulating a 'Character' named RCSMAN who posts here and defends Lemaitre's failure of a coach, Pierre Caraz, to no end, even after 5 years of regression. You will know RCSMAN sooner or later.

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

Christophe is trained by the best track coach ever ,Master Pierre Caraz , and he has run 9.8 and 19.6 in training. You all are just ignorant xenophobes. It will come you shall see!

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

LOL! I didn't see Caraz running, so what are you talking about?

    2016 Indoor Track Season

6.64 is not bad, as long as he sticks with Caraz 24/7, that is what really matters! ~rcsman

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

6.64 in the French Final....I guess RCSMAN was correct, Lemaitre must of only had 1 training session with Bily.... the Great Master Caraz cannot be defeated!

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

Those 3-4 times is much more than what Master Caraz has done in 5 years.
  20. E

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

He hasn't done anything for 5 years! so yes, he regressed and everyone here, but you, will agree with me...Lemaitre has been working with Laurence Bily so I give her the credit, not your Training Master Caraz.... by the way, I never mentioned your name so why even comment? you must like the...

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

What Hypocrisy? I see something different in him in these two races that I didn't see in the last 5 years. I call it like it is.
  22. E

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

Sounds like an excuse Lemaitre would come up with, and thats not the reason he lost, but in more positive note: After watching the 200 and even this race, Lemaitre looks different, he looks more fluid, and though his start looks mediocre at best, he seems to be accelerating all the way through...

Christophe Lemaitre "White Lightning" 9.92 and 19.80! -- Part Two

Yawn...he always has a terrible start. if I were Lemaitre, I wouldn't even bring it up. The 200 time, very encouraging. He should just focus on the 200, run a few 100's as a training tool to build speed for the 200. But that 200 was very nice for him.

    2016 Indoor Track Season

I don't think he or Teeters has the ability to go sub 10, I just don't see it. Hopefully Im wrong. Lemaitre still has a far shot but highly unlikely for obvious reasons. Guiliyev, if he focuses on the 100 like he does the 200, much more possible.

    2016 Indoor Track Season

Gemili probably is around 5'8- 5'9....the 5'5" probably was never updated since Gemili been on the scene since he was 18. At 18, I grew 4 inches....in other news, dont take this wrong way, but if you look closely at that pic, Richard Kilty destroys the myth of Blacks being more... uhumm... 'Well...
