Quinn ...having a solid season ..he will have learned re: prep for trials .....and don’t rule out tortu ...I have a suspicion he will peak at the olympics ..,and the Italian relay squad should be very competitive ......

Hmm ....browning realistic expectations ..pending draws has to be a semi final ...and a new pb ...,towards 10 flat ....but he should compete in Europe post olympics ......it will be interesting to see where guliyev will be at after the first round .....and where schippers will be after the first...

Firstly ..thanks to white lightning for the pic. Of Alex koenen ...cool ..what a powerfully built young sprinter. And then to the USAtfs ....1. Great stuff by boling ...what a competitor ...2 very disappointed for ..both cole beck and Quinn ....I can understand cole running out of gas...

Also boling running 20.06 is a big step forward ...let’s see if he stays at Georgia ....as said he needs some good advice ....LSU ..southern cal...Florida....

And just a reminder ..there is talent in the lower ncaa divisions ......a young athlete by the the name of koenen racing for la crosse in the ncaa d3 final took bronze in 10.5 ....but interestingly he basically feel out of the blocks ( nerves) and I mean feel ! Out of the blocks ...otherwise...

Re ..40 yards ..,all things taken into account ..,nfl style ...devin Quinn was going 3.9s .....Walter dix has clocked 3.85 ...nfl style on a track ......great to see Quinn with his best start this season .....for the usatfs is wide open .....which means Quinn has a really look at making a relay...

And Quinn should seriously think about declaring for Ireland next year ...with a surname like his ....theirs a shamrock ☘️ there somwhere
