I disagree with the inotion that Ruasia is the Nation to the North mentioned in Daniel and Ezekiel which is named Rosh while another is called Gog and Magog..Many biblical scholars-historians and respected Bible teachers don't believe it refers to Russia either...while some others do.

If a straight line in drawn due North (as it should be not as the map looks) from Jerusalem that line goes to Turkey...not Moscow. There are plenty of other reasons too.

In my opinion, it's the islamic nations around Russia and Turkey which will lead the final days war against Israel and all those that are Christians and Jews.

The US/Israeli combined naval and air forces could not stop insignificant Yemen this past decade and a half. Those same forces would commit suicide in a peer to peer fight with the Russian Federation. The US/Israeli combined air forces were recently shut down and begged for a ceasefire against Iran this June past. Those same combined forces can not only not defeat Iran but will get Israel destroyed if they seriously try again with a large-scale attack. Today the US combined naval and air forces are gathering in the Caribbean to threaten Venezuela. While those same combined forces can destroy much infrastructure, they are insufficient to invade Venezuela and attacking that country will result in unknown counter destruction to US forces. Attacking is one thing, winning a war and convincing the Venezuelans to accept an American takeover of their country is another. US forces could never defeat Venezuelan guerilla militias that would operate everywhere and cause Americans to flee by a thousand perstering infected cuts. Venezuela is another country that US forces cannot win against.

The US is no longer the world's police force. The US and its allies have no industrial base and logistics capability of carrying out a protracted war against the Russian Federation and its allies. There will not be any large scale war between the two. The US and its allies, especially the noxious, unseen City of London vermin, will continue to do the only thing they can do which is to conduct terrorist attacks and agitating maneovers to destabilize other nations they seek to control. But the terrorism game is a two-side court.
