Yes another slow weekend with two club fight cards. The British card has some White prospects on it and Parker is in tough against Buatsi but if Parker is the goods he should beat Buatsi who is a level below Bivol or Beterbiev.

The US card has Afro Cuban Lenier Pero headlining the card he and his brother were compared to the K brothers but aside from the sibling storyline they don't have the talent nor size of either K brother.

Pat Brown looks a beast at Cruiserweight. Seriously heavy handed.

I forgot Brown was a Brit when I saw the name I assumed he was a American Black or Mulatto prospect.

On to more important things he has potential to get to the top if he can knock out a very good gatekeeper for a now 5 and 0 prospect his opponent in the recent past fought elite fighters in the light heavyweight division, He even took Mulatto prospect Tristan Kalkreuth the distance but Kalkreuth isn't nearly the puncher Brown is.

PS Pero labored to a decision over Jordan Thompson and Hearn told media members that Pero needs to take his job more seriously if he wants to make it to the top of the division as he clearly had a paunch and couldn't dominate Thompson who was destroyed by Opetaia. This seems to be a pattern among Afro-Cuban heavyweights who while under tight raps with minders in Cuba look trim but when they have freedom to eat what they want they blow up to waddling butterballs and sabotage their careers.

https://www.boxingscene.com/article...nk-davis-is-officially-off-promoter-announcesPS2 The Paul vs Davis circus fight is off and with 2 weeks before the fight was to be fought it looks like this will stick. Davis' personal life domestic violence issues seem to have derailed the bout.
