He is very impressive. He is always seemingly getting better and better! I hope he's an inspiration to many young Whites, especially athletes.

This video talks about why Matthew Boling was so fatigued for the NCAA Track & Field Championships and for the US Olympic Trials. It also shows that as a 21 year
old he ran the 10th fastest Indoor 200 Meter Time Even by any sprinter in the history of the world. Faster than guys like Walter Dix, Ato Boldon, Shawn Crawford and
Andre DeGrasse. This kid will be a legend as we go forward. Great video. It's a must watch! :)

I get while he is at Georgia it's all about scoring points for the school. So he will run both relays the 100 the 200 and maybe some long jumping. But is this really a 400m man in waiting?

Most white sprinters have been more successful at 200 and 400 than 100 and 200. History has proven this.

LeMaitre ended up far more 200 than 100, Jeremy Wariner a 200/400, Kenteris started out a 400m ended up 200m.

You can't compare Boling to other sprinters in the past. He ran a wind legal 10.11 in h.s. and a windy 9.98 which is the fastest time for any high school sprinter
ever regardless of wind. To say he should run the 400 doesn't make any sense. Boling also won the 200 meters NCAA Indoor Championship last year. He is made
for the 100 and 200 meters. The kid is a good 400 meter sprinter and also a good long jumper but the shorter sprints are where he will become the biggest star!

Well aware of who he is and what he has accomplished, hell he is the greatest white sprinter the SEC has seen well, ever. But., if we list the great white 100m American sprinters and the great white American 200m guys, it's at 200m we find the more success and quality times. I definately see him more 200 than 100.

After his NCAA days don't be surprised if he does become more 200/4oo and it does make sense, as you can see below.

    ubt

I seriously doubt he's going to ever be a 9.8low at 100m or a 19.6ish at 200, you see that?

If a skinny 19 year old Christophe Lemaitre can run a wind legal 9.92 with very little muscle then Boling can go way above and beyond that. In the
200 he can be even more dangerous. The money events are in the short sprints. He is smart and wants the money and the fame. Don't sleep on this
kid. He could be a very good 400 meters guy and a good long jumper. It's not gonna make him a household name. The 100 and 200 will as long as he
succeeds. I've been running and watching sprints for long enough to know a sure thing when I see it. At minimum I will say 9.85 and 19.75 but he should
go beyond those numbers in my honest opinion.

Thank you sir I have every intention of supporting our guys that is why I am here. There is a problem and like I mentioned I have seen it up close and personal, something does need to be done about it and awareness that there is problem is a good thing, big props for having Castefootball.

We'll have some fun with this Boling thing, but the bottom line is rather it be at 100, 200, 40o or all three he's going to do some big things. Ah....drop the long jump.

Here is the 10.11 Boling ran with almost no wind at the Pan Am Games just out of high school.

As you are well aware of ya get out, accellerate to topend/max velocity then try to sustain/maintain as much of max as ya can for as long as ya can, but nobody can run a 100 all out so here comes that decelleration phase which depends on your speed endurance. Bolt spent less time decellerating because he took longer to hit that topend.

    Anyway...

Being a 200/400 sprinter also, Bolings all important speed endurance not a problem. Yep, great young sprinter with a bright future ahead regardless of what he runs. Ah....drop the long jump.

Usain Bolt like Carl Lewis rarely led many races in the first half of them. he dominated the 2nd half. Boling will have alot of success going forward as he gets stronger and his muscles continue to adapt naturally. He will need alot better start and to lower his 60 times down by at minimum a tenth to start. The foundation is there and the rest shall follow.

I will have to check but I doubt there will be any meets until mid to late January. The NCAA Indoor Track & Field Champs are March 11th & 12th 2022.

This was how Matthew Boling did at the end of a very long 2021 season and keep in mind how fatigued he was. His body will adapt and expect bigger & better things in 2022.

This is the 2021 SEC Conference Championships 100 Meters Mens Finals. Like usual Boling had an awful start. It is the weakest part of his race. Yet in a world
class field by many standards he ran down everyone except for Laird. This is the top of top end speed that very few sprinters on earth have. This is before he was
over raced and fatigued by the time of the NCAA Track & Fields Champs and the Olympic Trials. He had nothing left by the point of the season. That will change
as his body adapts and he continues to gain strength and endurance. Bolings closing speed is phenomenal. He ran a windy 9.97 in this race with a horrible start. Just
imagine what he is capable of in the coming years. Bring on 2022 and let's see what the kid can do! ;)

Boling ran too much this year. He had close to 50 sprints and he competed in the long jump too.

I can't wait for the 2022 season to begin. It won't be much longer till we see how it goes. Here's another quick Boling Video.

Matthew Boling set a new p.b. in the long jump today jumping 8.25 indoors to open the season. He shows amazing speed and I can't wait to see what types of times
he throws down on the track. I wish he would give up the long jump despite his incredible talent in both that and the 400 meters. I just think he will wear himself
out again over the long indoor and outdoor season. Georgia will not care as they love the points. Here is a link with the video.

Impressive long jump but there's much more recognition in the sprints. Miltiadis Tentoglou (Greek) is the current Olympic champion at long jump winning the gold medal with a jump of 8.41 metres. It's incredible that the long jump WR was set back in 1968! If Boling does decide to pursue long jump he's in the mix and it is possible to sprint and do long jump- Just look at Carl Lewis!

Boling finishes first 20.49. He probably pulled up a little. Looking at the other times it doesn’t appear that he was pushed at all!!!

Till August '91 when Mike Powell squeaked past it to 8.95m in Tokyo
