what a season he's having! and as a rookie, nonetheless. let's hope he evolves into an all pro caliber of a player, Kyle Williams at the very least. he should be more of a starter next season. :cheer2:

Fifth-round rookie DT Karl Klug leads the Titans with seven sacks this year.

The total is the most by a Titans or Oilers rookie defensive tackle since sacks became an official stat in 1982. Klug also has nine quarterback pressures and 29 tackles while playing primarily on passing downs. Klug has combined with OLB Akeem Ayers, DT Jurrell Casey, and MLB Colin McCarthy to give the Titans defense four major contributors from the 2011 draft class.

This blurb from rotoworld sums up life for a White player in the NFL.

Titans DT Karl Klug recorded his first sack of the season in Week 12.

Klug led the Titans with seven sacks as a rookie. His production and role are way down this year. Klug has managed just three tackles in 11 appearances this season, playing behind Jurell Casey, Sen'Derrick Marks, and rookie Mike Martin.

I've wondered about Klug's disappearance. Why does a lousy defense not play a guy who had such an impact as a rookie in limited playing time? Mike Munchak has been a big disappointment. He cleaned house by getting rid of Vince Young and some of the other many "character deficient" players on the team but hasn't played much White talent. Not allowing the very talented Marc Mariani to play receiver is another glaring example besides the underuse of Klug.

Karl Klug had an excellent rookie season. His forte is pass rushing.

It's odd that he's hardly playing this year, especially since teams are always talking about the importance of pass rushers. Is it because he's white?

Let's hope Klug gets more opportunities in the future.

Klug got some playing time today and responded in a big way. He had 2 tackles, 2 sacks, 2 tackles for losses, 1 pass defensed and 3 quarterback hits. A good all around performance.

If the Titans want pressure on the qb they've got a man who can get it done - Karl Klug!

Karl Klug Is Criminally Underused

It's disgusting that such a great player has only started 5 of the 67 games he's dressed for. The combination of the Casteon Curse and and 2 consecutive AA Defensive Coordinators has proven to be pure kryptonite to this man's career !!!
