Here are notable white Lions:

LB Javier Glatt (U. of British Colombia): One of CIS (Canadian Inter-university Sports, canada's NCAA) most decorated player ever, Glatt was a three time All-canada pick and 2003 west divion DPOY. He is entering his 4th season, his 1st as a full-time starter. He took the usual white canadian way to get a job, being one of the best STeamers in the league his first 3 seasons. A rising star.

QB Dave Dickinson(Montana): Excellent College player at montana, lead the grizzlies to their first ever 1-AA national championship. Very accomplished player at the CFL level, having played in 2 grey cups, winning one. Was CFL MVP in 2000 and a 2-time all-CFL. Also got 2 years of NFL experience with the chargers. An undersized, take-all challenge type, the warrior is nearing the end of his career, being victim to many concussion lately.

QB Buck Pierce(New Mexico State): A young gunslinger, Pierce is the future in BC. Got a strong, accurate arm. May be a little injury-prone.

OL Rob Murphy(Ohio State): The 5-year NFL vet is entering his 2nd CFL campaign after winning the league's Outstanding Lineman award and all-CFL last year. A monster who plays to the hustle on each snap. Former first-team All-American in college.

WR Jason Clermont(Regina): Former 4th overall pick. Possess a rare frame and strengh for the position. Great hands. Played in East-West Shrine game after his '01 All-Canadian season. Was West ROY in '02 and an All-West selection in '03(Also named Canadian POY) Clermont is a leader on th Lions, and their most reliable target. Looks like a FB but move like a receiver.

DE Brent Johnson(Ohio State): Current CFL sack king(for the second consecutive year), reigning CFL DPOY and 2-time Canadian POY, also a 2-time All-CFL player. Great at defending the run. Former All-Big 10 selection in college. You just got to wonder how those kinds gets through the NFL cracks and comes play in canada. Yup, I REALLY wonder why...

I believe Brent Johnson actually said that as a Canadian, he just wants to play in the CFL and couldn't give a damn about the NFL.

well the guy is a proud canadian and he don't care much about the kind of money he could make in the NFL. He prefer to be a star at an inferior level and thats his right. I really respect that.

So how about cooling off and getting a beer? Oh, hurry up, your liquore stores and bars close in a few minutes. Jokin' with you man.

Yes, he is a very respectable person but that's no reason to laugh. What are weed prices in Quebec nowadays?

lol, good one.

I wasn't laughing at him at all, I was laughing at my own statement.

Altough, those guys are pretty rare. It seems that every CFLer who have any kind of success always think about the NFL.
